Man became a speaking spirit….
The people who have every intention to hijack the nations and humanity, have gone through lengths to quell man’s freedom of speech and have managed to convince some people that this is the best way for them. This is not in the human nature because God did not create human beings like that. According to Hebrew scholars, in Genesis 2: 7 where it said, “and man became a living soul,” the more precise translation is, “man became a speaking spirit.” Man was spoken into being by God, to be like God and therefore speech and words are innate in man. Stifling free speech goes against the grain of God’s creation and it takes indoctrination and intrusion for this to be accomplished.
Isn’t free speech and liberality the theme of the liberal organizations, where they are allowed to say anything except that which is true and right? However, there is a vast difference between liberty and liberality – liberty is single-mindedness on Christ and liberality is broad – mindedness on the things of the world and its god, the devil. The context of their distinction is borne out in the Word of God:
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad and easy to travel is the path that leads the way to destruction and eternal loss, and there are many who enter through it. 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
(Matthew 7:13 – 14)
What is the real reason for them?
Liberality is the road to death and destruction and so many have and are pursuing it in their pursuit of happiness and progressiveness. You see here we see another distinction between God and the world system. God told us to receive His joy, which is permanent and strengthening and the world says pursue happiness which is temporary and circumstantial; God’s word says “those whose minds are stayed on Me shall be strong and do great exploits.” The world says “let’s be opened to believe every and anything and this continues to progress towards destruction.”
Throughout history, nations actually capitulate free speech during wars and they had the constitutional right to do so. If a group of leaders wants to arrest freedom of speech at any time, just introduce a war or civil unrest at a level that threatens the security of a nation. So, we should think carefully when we hear about ‘wars and rumours of war” (Matthew 24: 6-13) Jesus warned us that in the days close to His return, that there will be wars and rumours of wars. What is the real reason for them?
Runours are intended to unsettle people and have them bound in despair, fear, strife. Rumours of war gets people focused on the horrors of war and their feelings of hopelessness and desperation usually leads to submission to the heads of government because the world looks to the leaders as their wisdom and the answer to crises. This gives government the authority to put things in place that are deemed essential for national security. As such, monies are sent to the nation perceived to be the victim and very little accountability is required. Doesn’t this sound like what is currently happening in the rumours we hear about in a much talked about war where billions of dollars are sent by certain governments to assist with a ‘war’ but no one can truly say what the funds are being used for?
Sympathy is opposite to love.
Rumours of war can breed corruption, if that is the intention. Very few people get to the place of assessing the cause of a war. If the rumours are spouted strategically by the media, very few ask questions of pertinence, and it is accepted as a necessary evil. I recall the campaign by the movie stars and the famous sports and entertainment persons to encourage people of their nation and their reaching audience to be willing to give up heat/fossil fuel to help their friends in a certain European nation. This seemed barbaric. The plot of sympathy may have convinced many but it is a snowy, cold act and not a show of love. Sympathy is opposite to love. There lies the problem – too much sympathy and very little love being demonstrated among mankind. Sympathy brings no solution but keeps people bound to the problem with pity. Love always offers a way out of the problem.
We were commanded to love…not sympathize. Truthfully, people can only offer what they have. Without Christ, all that people have to offer people is sympathy. If mankind truly knew his value, through Christ, sympathy would always be rejected and not exalted as if it is something good. It is not! There’s an irony in the agenda being pursued that makes me puzzled by people’s reaction. It is very evident that the enemy wants hell on earth as his time is running out. Remember he is a copycat.
Jesus told us to pray that as it is in heaven so shall it be in earth (Matthew 6: 10). The enemy copies and says the opposite and has convinced so many as if he is offering something good.
